Overview

What safety and compliance does for your site.

Safety and Compliance brings together the Visrax capabilities safety teams use most — zone monitoring, PPE checks, proximity alerts and visual smoke indicators — into a single configuration with incident workflow and reporting built in.

It is designed for the way safety programmes work: start with the highest-risk zones, prove the alerts with supervisors, then expand across lines, sites and shifts with the same rule set.

Safety programmes fail in the gaps between inspections. Continuous monitoring closes those gaps.

What it does

Safety and Compliance, piece by piece.

Each part is configured around your cameras, zones and schedules — the same system, set up for the way your site runs.

  1. 01

    PPE visibility

Vest and helmet presence checked in the zones where it is required, with alerts to the responsible supervisor.

  2. 02

    Restricted hazard zones

Exclusion zones around machinery, drops and vehicle routes with presence and dwell rules scheduled to operations.

  3. 03

    Fire and smoke indicators

Visual early warning in utility, storage and plant areas, complementing certified detection systems.

  4. 04

    Reviewable safety incidents

Every alert becomes an incident with evidence, ownership and history for audits and safety committee reviews.

In practice

Situations your team will recognise.

01

PPE status in a work zone

A missing helmet in a marked zone raises an alert that is handled on the floor and recorded, giving the safety lead a weekly view of PPE events by zone.

02

Forklift proximity

Proximity alerts at a busy crossing build a case for a physical barrier. After the change, the alert count confirms the improvement.

03

Safety-zone entry

An entry into a machine exclusion zone during production triggers a high-severity alert, a line stop and an incident record used in the subsequent review.

Questions

Safety and Compliance questions

Straight answers about how this is configured, what it needs and what it does not do.

01Which capabilities are included?
Zone monitoring, safety monitoring, object detection for PPE and equipment, movement tracking for proximity, and alerts and incidents for workflow.
02Does it replace safety inspections?
No. It adds continuous monitoring of configured zones between inspections and gives inspections a record of events to review.
03How is it rolled out across sites?
Rules proven at one site are applied to a site group with local zones, and results are compared in the multi-site analytics.
04Can safety reports be exported for audits?
Yes. Incidents by zone, type and period export to PDF and CSV, with evidence retained per your policy.
